Subscription Returns
For subscriptions we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund if you already have the book or you change your mind. We try to ensure that our book subscription contains a mix of new release titles and titles that you may not have come across through the normal channels to limit this from happening. We hope you can pass the extra book onto someone else for them to enjoy.
Faulty/ Damaged Items
If a book is damaged or faulty, as per Australian Law, we will replace it for you or provide you with a refund. Please contact as soon as you receive your order (within 7 days). Please send an image of the damaged book to info@becuriousbooks.com.au and we will process your order.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind on a book you can exchange it within 14 days. The book must be in pristine and saleable condition. It cannot be ‘read’. The cost of returning the book is at the expense of the buyer/purchaser. Be Curious Books will not pay for postage. The initial postage charge ($7.95 Australia wide) is also non refundable. We will offer an exchange only for change of mind returns. Please contact info@becuriousbooks.com.au to discuss the return.
